By accessing or using this service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Description of Service

This website offers a Tesla Roadster-inspired AI video studio, scene templates, account history, and related services. When enabled, video generation combines one photo you upload with a scene prompt using an external AI provider. Feature availability is shown in the studio. All videos are AI-generated fictional scenes. This is an independent service, not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by Tesla, Inc. or SpaceX. Tesla and Roadster are trademarks of Tesla, Inc.

AI results may change the appearance of people and vehicles, as well as motion and sound. Example clips do not guarantee the result of a new request. Review a completed video before using or sharing it, and label it as AI-generated when you post it.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Infringe on the intellectual property or other rights of any party.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.
• Use the service to send spam, malware, or other harmful content.
• Submit photos of people without the permission needed to depict them, or use generated videos for deceptive impersonation or harassment.

Use photos of your own vehicle, of yourself, or of adults who have agreed to appear. You are responsible for having the rights needed for your inputs and for your intended use of a result. Do not present generated videos as real footage, news, or official Tesla or SpaceX material.

Payment and Billing

Payments are processed by Stripe. Review the price, credits, and billing interval shown at checkout before paying. One-time credit packs are charged once and their credits do not expire. Monthly plans renew automatically every month until you cancel them in Billing; cancelling stops future renewals, and credits from a monthly plan expire shortly after the billing period they were granted for. For billing questions or refund requests, contact our support team or email support@roadsteraivideo.net. If a payment is refunded in full or disputed with your bank, the unused credits from that purchase are removed from your balance.

The studio displays the credit cost before generation. When a generation task is confirmed as failed, the reserved credits are returned to your balance. A completed video that does not match your expectations is not a failed task. A credit return is not a refund of a payment to your card or payment account. Video generation or purchasing may be temporarily unavailable during maintenance.

Using Generated Videos

You may use videos you generate for personal and commercial purposes, provided you have the rights to the photos and prompts you used, you comply with the terms of the platforms where you post, and you do not imply that Tesla, SpaceX or any other brand endorses your video. We do not grant any trademark rights. Videos are produced by a third-party AI model, and similar requests may produce similar results for other users.

Intellectual Property

The website's materials are owned by us or used with permission. References to third-party people, brands, or works do not transfer rights in those materials to you. Uploading a photo allows the service and its processing providers to handle it for your requested generation; you retain any rights you already hold in the input.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service if you violate these terms. To request account closure, contact our support team.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the service.

Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, sending a notice through the service.
