Introduction

This policy explains how information is handled when you use the video workspace, account, and support features on this website.

Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information to provide and improve our service:

1. Account Information: Your name, email address, and other details you provide when creating an account.
2. Usage Data: Information about how you interact with the service, including features accessed, frequency of use, and interaction patterns.
3. Device Information: Device type, operating system, and browser type, used to optimize compatibility and performance.
4. Cookies: Small data files stored on your device to remember preferences and improve your experience.
5. Payment Information: Payments are processed by Stripe. We receive order details such as the product, amount and payment status, but never your full card number.
6. Generation Inputs and Results: Selecting a photo prepares it in your browser. While you work, the studio keeps a draft of your photo and settings in your browser's storage (IndexedDB) for up to one hour, so a checkout or sign-in does not lose it; the draft is not uploaded until you select Generate. When generation is enabled and you submit, prepared photos and instructions are sent to Kie.ai to process the video generation request. Task records and generated videos support your history, playback, and downloads. Kie.ai also handles submitted material under its own terms and privacy policy.

Cloudflare hosts the website. Account and task records are stored in D1, and completed generated videos are stored in a private R2 bucket. Google sign-in, when enabled, provides basic profile and email information; we do not receive your Google password. When you create an account, we store the IP address and browser type of the sign-up request to prevent abuse. We use Plausible Analytics to count page visits in aggregate; it does not use cookies.

Cookies and browser preferences

The site uses cookies to maintain sign-in sessions and remember your language preference. Theme preferences are stored in your browser. You can remove these through your browser settings; removing session cookies signs you out. Optional third-party integrations, when enabled, may use additional storage governed by their own policies.

How We Use Your Information

We use the data we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the service.
• Process transactions and send related confirmations.
• Send technical notices, security alerts, and support messages.
• Respond to your questions, feedback, and support requests.
• Detect, prevent, and address fraud and abuse.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data only in these limited cases:

• With service providers needed to process your requests, including the AI provider used for video generation.
• To comply with legal obligations or respond to lawful requests from public authorities.
• To protect our rights, property, or safety, or that of our users.

Data Security

The service uses HTTPS and account access checks for private generation records and downloads. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Stored Videos and Deletion

Completed videos are retained for your account history until removed through the available history controls or handled through a support request. Deleting a completed video removes the stored video file and hides it from your history. We keep a minimal task record (including the prompt and credit cost) for billing and abuse prevention. Deleting does not by itself remove copies held by an external provider or copies you downloaded. We do not promise a fixed deletion time for provider-held data.

Your Rights

You can update the profile information available in your account settings. To request access to, export of, or deletion of your personal information, contact our support team or email support@roadsteraivideo.net. Account settings do not currently offer a complete account deletion or data export flow.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by updating the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, sending a notice through the service.
